At 92 years old, Paul feels “robust”, which he attributes to his renewed commitment to fitness through a comprehensive training program. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, it was only within the last few years that Paul found himself rapidly losing strength as the pandemic disrupted our lives and, for many of us, our wellness routines. Determined to regain his power, Paul sought out personal training to ease back into exercising safely and effectively.
