The Shoppes at Simonds Park: 2024 Year In Review
The restaurant, which seats 200 inside and 40 outside on a patio, offers traditional American comfort food with menu items such as prime rib and chicken pot pie. Live performances are offered throughout the week and on weekends with a jazz brunch on Sundays. Goodnight Johnny’s also features a dining area for private events that can seat up to 75.

Burn Boot Camp is a boutique fitness concept with more than 400 locations nationwide, and the Burlington location is the sixth in Massachusetts. This fast-growing fitness franchise offers 45-minute workouts, taught by certified personal trainers, in a fun and motivating group setting. This will be Birdie Bar’s second location and will offer an immersive golf experience featuring hi-definition golf simulators, full bar, and a selection of bar food that can be ordered to your simulator. In 2023, Birdie Bar opened its doors at our Waverley Oaks Park campus.
The anticipated open date is early 2025.
